The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) has been creating moments like this since 2009. Their mission goes far beyond competition. They work to build strong minds, bodies, character, and communities through cycling. That mission was on full display at Northstar, where hundreds of riders gathered not just to race, but to be part of something bigger.

The Pit Zone becomes a small village, teams gathering under tents, laughter mixing with nerves, and friendships forming in the downtime between races.
